  Two sessions are required to complete the final look.

  To book an appointment, a non refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure a spot for both the first & second session. This booking fee will be applied toward the total cost.

  The second appointment must be booked within 6-8 weeks. Delays may result in additional fee due to pigment retention. 

  
  

Refunds:

All services and deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations:

  If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so prior to 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit and having to pay a new deposit. 

  
  

Before your treatment:

• 
  

  Do not take Aspirin, fish oil niacin, vitamin E or Ibuprofen unless medically necessary.

  
  

• 
  

  Avoid sun and tanning one week before appointment.

  
  

• 
  

  If you are using glycolic skin treatments, Retina-A or Retinol products, discontinue these four weeks before appointment.

  
  

• 
  

  Do not consume any alcohol 24 hours prior to appointment to prevent excess bleeding or swelling. 

  
  

• 
  

  Please do not wax, thread or tint your eyebrows one week prior to your appointment.

After your treatment:

• 
  

  Do not apply any makeup to eyebrow area for ten days.

  
  

• 
  

  For the first hour, pat your brows with a clean tissue several times.

  
  

• 
  

  Continue cleaning your brows with the provided soap morning and night (avoid wetting or washing in the shower).

  
  

• 
  

  Apply the aftercare ointment morning, afternoon and evening in a thin layer. 

  
  

• 
  

  DO NOT rub, pick or scratch skin on brow area. Let any dry skin naturally exfoliate and fall off itself. Picking can negatively affect final look. 

  
  

• 
  

  Avoid direct sun for 3-4 weeks after your appointment.

  
  

• 
  

  No facials, Botox, or other skin treatments on face for 4 weeks.
